Returns/exchanges of bulk purchases (5 or more copies of the same item) are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Special note: All bulk purchases (5 or more copies of the same item) must be prepaid
~ CDs, DVDs, Audio Books/Bibles, Computer software, Board Games and other items sold in shrink wrap: Returnable/exchangeable while items are unopened
~ Wall art, tabletop gifts, decorative pieces, jewelry and like items: Returnable/exchangeable while in the same condition as when purchased

No returns/exchanges on other Christmas-specific products after December 19th
All other items purchased between November 27th and December 24th have until January 23rd for returns/exchanges
~ Easter return policy: (Easter is on April 4, 2010)
No returns/exchanges on Lenten devotionals after February 20th
No returns/exchanges on all other Easter-specific products after March 27th
~ Graduation, Confirmation and First Communion-specific items are returnable/exchangeable no later than June 1st
~ All other seasonal products (Thanksgiving, Mother’s Day, etc.) returnable/exchangeable before the observed holiday only
~ ANY of the above items purchased on clearance: All sales are final
